Please review all policies.

Please plan to arrive 10 minutes early for your appointment with a fresh clarified, detangled and dry, wash and go style. Late appointments or clients arriving with hair unprepared may be canceled or rescheduled at the stylist's discretion so as to ensure that you and future clients get the best service.

CONFIRMATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS

*Text 612 263 0379 immediately if you are ill, please cancel your appointment. No cancellation fees will be incurred by clients who cancel due to illness *No shows will be charged 100% of the appointment.

Masks are optional. (If you have health concerns, I am always happy to wear and prepared with a mask as well.)

  • The doors to the Sola building will be locked and I will be letting in each client at the time of the appointment. Text me when you arrive and please wait in your car until I am able to meet you at the door

  • Only the client receiving the service will be allowed in salon. Clients are unable to bring any friends or family members, this is due to Covid as well as the size of my space and for my own ability to focus on client needs. Clients can bring a caregiver if required due to special needs and at this time minors are able to bring a parent.

  • I will not be keeping change for cash payments. Cash is accepted but cards or Apple Pay is preferred. Please be prepared with exact change if you plan to use cash for service and/or tips.

  • When requesting an appointment, please pay attention to the information that you provide when creating your profile. It is recommended to provide your best contact mobile # and email. You will receive a confirmation text and email for your scheduled appointment day 72 hours prior to your appointment. If you confirm your scheduled appointment day, I will note that your appointment has been confirmed by you.

  • I have a 48 hour cancellation policy. If you have not confirmed your scheduled appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled time, your appointment may be canceled so that I may offer that appointment slot to another client. I may require clients to pay a deposit prior to booking future appointments or future appointments may no longer be accepted.

All clients are required to provide a credit card at the time of booking to secure your requested appointment time. In the event that a guest cancels less than 48 hours prior to their appointment or no shows day of, client will be charged 50% of the service at my discretion. Late appointments or clients that arrive with hair that is not prepped as requested may incur additional charges (see Pricing below) and in extreme cases, some appointments may need to be canceled or rescheduled due to time, in which case the client does assume the 50% cancellation fee. Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled at my discretion.

PAYMENT

Please note that I do accept cash payment for services, but please be prepared with exact change for the service, tip, and product purchases. I do not provide/keep change. I do accept Apple Pay as well as all major credit cards/debit including American Express.

All appointments have pricing listed when booking. The price includes the base time, any color product needed, and any and all necessary treatments (bond rebuilding, moisture, protein, detox etc.) not including excessive detangling/extra time.

PRICING

Time and pricing for certain services are changing for 2024 to account for cost of living increases, education, experience, and the industry standard in Minneapolis for these services. The base price and time is based on the average client that I see. Service prices increase at $100 per hour over the base time and is charged in 30 minute increments for clients whose needs exceed the time limit.

Basic detangling is calculated into all service times. However, any appointment for cut, color, or treatment is subject to an excessive detangling fee of $100/hour charged at 30 minute increments.
